Are the trips available year-round?
Yes, we run trips year-round. Each season has its own appeal — winter brings snow-covered landscapes, spring and autumn offer milder weather, and summer showcases the full beauty of the steppes and mountains.
Are your guides and tour leaders English speakers?
Yes, all our guides are multilingual and speak English & Polish fluently. Some of them also speak Russian, and Kazakh, ensuring a fully immersive cultural experience.
Are there any age restrictions for the tour?
There are no age restrictions for participants on our trips. If a trip is more demanding, you’ll find this clearly indicated in the description.
What should I pack for the tour?
Each trip info includes a section at the end with the essential items to bring. In addition, one week before departure we’ll send you the most important details about your trip with the packaging tips again.
Are the trips insured?
We are a licensed tour operator, and every trip participant is covered by mandatory insurance included in the price.
