We collect the following personal data:

  • First and last name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Information voluntarily submitted via the contact form

  • Newsletter subscriber data (name, email address)



3. Purpose and legal basis for processing

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • Responding to enquiries submitted via the contact form – legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the controller)

  • Sending the newsletter – legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), which you may withdraw at any time

  • Performing and settling travel contracts – legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR

  • Fulfilling legal accounting and tax obligations – legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR



4. How long we retain your data

  • Contact form data of non-clients: 24 months from the date of contact

  • Client data (trip participants): 5 years from the end of the trip (in compliance with tax/accounting law and the statute of limitations for contractual claims)

  • Newsletter subscriber data: until consent is withdrawn



5. Recipients of your data

Your data may be shared with:

  • IT and hosting service providers (under data processing agreements)

  • MailPoet (newsletter service) – data processed within the EU

  • Google LLC (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) – data may be transferred to the USA under standard contractual clauses

  • Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd (Facebook Pixel) – data may be transferred to the USA under standard contractual clauses

  • Public authorities where required by law

We do not sell your personal data.



6. Cookies and analytics tools

Our website uses the following tools:

  • Google Analytics (GA4) – website traffic analysis

  • Facebook Pixel – advertising performance measurement on Facebook and Instagram

  • Google Tag Manager – management of analytics and marketing tags
